Mr. Daniel Giraldo, General Manager of the Pereira Free Trade Zone, Columbia and Mr. Marcela Montor, an official from Proexport in Colombia – an organization for attracting foreign investors and promoting export and international tourism – visited ESBAS on June 4.. Mr. Giraldo emphasized that Pereira Free Trade Zone was developed by the private sector four years ago and noted that the textile, automotive sub industry and metal industries are in the forefront in Colombia. Giraldo explained that they intend to sign an agreement for cooperation with the Aegean Free Zone and invited the Chief Executive Officer of ESBAS, Faruk Guler to the World Free Zones Conference organized by Latin countries, which will be held this year in Puerto Rico in September.
