Due to new Turkish legislative changes in food regulations, all employees performing food-related duties are required to undergo hygiene education.
Previously, hygiene and food safety training were provided periodically by the Quality and Education Specialist at ESBAS Food Services within the scope of the ISO 22000 Food Safety System. With the recent regulatory changes, the Gaziemir Public Education Center will administer 8-hour programs in February and March.
